Cedar Hills Kindergarten & Preschool History

Cedar Hills Kindergarten & Preschool (formerly Cedar Hills Cooperative Kindergarten & Preschool) opened in 1951 at its current location at the corner of Cedar Hills Boulevard and Park Way. Cedar Hills Kindergarten & Preschool is a parent operated, not for profit school and is a member of the Parent Child Preschools of Oregon (PCPO) and Parent Cooperative Preschools International (PCPI). These organizations offer support in early childhood education for both parents and teachers and help the school stay abreast of the latest preschool information. The school is located in the Cedar Hills United Church of Christ. Though the school is located in the church facilities, Cedar Hills Kindergarten & Preschool is non-sectarian and is not affiliated with the church.
