Having trouble logging into our site?
We're sorry that you're having trouble logging into our site. We've compiled some of the most common methods for troubleshooting and resolving login issues.
Browser
The site is best viewed using Mozilla Firefox. In general the site will also work with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari. Issues have been reported with Google Chrome specifically and the way that it handles user sessions. If you are having trouble with "Access Denied" errors then this might be your issue. You can try to refresh the login page prior to submitting your information.
Register your username and password
In order to login to our site you need to set your username and password. You should have received an email from the registrar providing you with a registration key and instructions for signing up. If you haven't received this information please contact the registrar. Visit our user registration page to set or reset your username and password using the provided information.
Clear your browser cache
Internet Explorer
- Click Tools-<Internet Options.
- Click "Delete" on the Browser tab under Browsing history.
- Ensure that at least "Temporary Internet Files, Browsing History, and Cookies are checked.
- Click "Delete".
Mozilla Firefox
- Click Tools-<Clear Recent History
- Select "Everything" in the "Time range to clear" drop down menu
- Ensure that at least Cookies and Cache are checked under "Details"
- Click "Clear Now"
Google Chrome
- Click the wrench icon, then click Tools-<Clear Browsing Data
- Ensure that at least Cache is checked under "Details"
- Select "Everything" from the "Clear data from this period" drop down menu
- Click "Clear Browsing Data"
Apple Safari
- Click the gear icon, then click Show Menu Bar
- On the Menu Bar select Edit-<Empty Cache
- Click "Empty"
- On the Menu Bar select Edit-<Preferences
- Select the Security icon from the top menu
- Click "Show Cookies"
- Click "Remove All"
Reset your username and password
For security reasons we will not provide you with your username and password via email. Instead you can simply reset those pieces of information. To do this, visit our user registration page and use the registration key that you were provided by the registrar at the beginning of the school year. If you haven't received or can't locate your registration key please contact the registrar at .
